Girls Inc. provides a fun, easy, and engaging experience. We’re here to give girls the essential materials they need to thrive, and we would love to have your help. VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE:
Educational Workshops
Conduct a workshop containing hands-on, minds-on activities with girls to teach them about your business. Create your program to be geared towards a specific age group of girls you would like to inspire.
Career Panels
Take a moment to sit with girls and share your story. Introduce your career field to them, explain how you have gotten into your role, and discuss your professional tips for success.
Drives
Host a drive to collect items like hygiene products, school supplies, or supplies to be used at our center.
Program Sponsor
Assist in funding a field trip, program, or special activity for the girls. Provide the necessary program materials through an in-kind donation.
Additional Opportunities
Girls Inc. is always excited to partner with a corporation or organization dedicated to helping our girls. Girls benefit from your gift of volunteering, and they learn the importance of giving back to our community. Additional opportunities include:
- Planning a skill-based activity
- Organizing a beautification project
- Donating items from the organization’s “Wish List”
- Assisting with special events
