Our programming – in partnership with schools and at our centers through 82 local organizations – focuses on the development of the whole girl. A combination of long-lasting mentoring relationships, a pro-girl environment, and research-based programming equips girls to lead fulfilling and productive lives, break the cycle of poverty, and become role models in their community.

Girls Inc. of Monroe County will continue to operate as a satellite location for Girls Inc. of Shelby, Decatur, and Rush Counties. The site will focus on school partner-based programming, several evening programs, and summer camp.
Amy Dillon serves as the President & CEO of Girls Inc. of Shelbyville & Shelby County, Indiana. She assumed this position in March 2011 after serving in executive roles in local government for twelve years. Under Amy’s leadership, Girls Inc. has experienced significant growth with impact.
